Question:

If for 6 weeks I eat 1300 calories a day and do 2 hours of cardio everyday, how much weight can I lose?

I am 190 pounds 5' 6 and 14 years old.


Answers:

You must burn 3,500 calories more than you eat to lose one pound. You have to burn 1,800 a day for a week to lose one pound a week. That's a lot of calories to burn so that's unlikely but you can figure out if you burn 900 a day you'll lose one pound in two weeks, etc.
The other answers are not going to be right on target because you can burn various amounts of calories depending on what type of cardiac exercise you're doing, what speed, what equipment, etc. etc.
