Question: I am 16 years old 5 '10" and 160 pounds and want to lose around 15 pounds!?
it is really hard to lose weight when you really are not that fat how do you burn those 15 and how do you stay modivated to excercise and how do you do it quick !.!. of course well thanks for the helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eating less alone isn't a positive answer, I'm afraid; it may seem like a quick solution but if you don't consume enough a day it can lead to all sorts of problems you wouldn't want to deal with!. You would lose weight, but it would be muscle weight and not fat; you could also seriously screw up your metabolism, which you definitely don't want to do at your age!. To stay healthy you should be consuming around 1600 calories a day, and definitely no less than 1000!. Of course, try to get these calories from healthy things, like fruits and veggies, and stay away from fatty foods!.

Lots of exercise is a good bet!. Have you tried yoga!? It can help you tone your muscles to give you a leaner appearance!. Also when you are working towards weight loss, if you can find a friend or relative to check in with weekly and maybe exercise along with you, they can be a good source of encouragement to keep you going when it gets tough!.

Of course, you could see a doctor about finding a healthy diet and exercise plans to help you work towards your weight loss goals!.
