Why wont it come off :(?!


Question: Why wont it come off :(!?
ok at the beginning of the year i got my weight checked, 147lbs and i didnt like that so i started eating better, exercising alot, no cokes, mostly water and juices and now its the end of the year!.!.!.and im still the same weight!?!!?!?!!?!?! why wont it come off :(

At 13, you're still growing and developing and you're probably just growing into your weight!.
As you exercise more than the other girls, you would have a greater muscle mass and muscle is quite a bit heavier than fat though it takes up less room and looks much better!.
If people say you look like you're under 120 lbs, you probably do - see my comment about muscle weight!.
Everyone is different!. Everyone has a different bone and body density - completely apart from how fat or otherwise they are!.
If you eat well (go easy on the juices - they carry a lot of calories), exercise a lot and feel great (and I bet you do), don't worry about it!. You head down the anorexia road if you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may not be losing the weight!.!.!.but you are becoming healthier!. You are exercising more which is a great thing! Most of your excess fat is gone because of it! Where the weight is coming in is in all of the muscle you have gotten from exercising!.

Keep doing what you do, and DON'T BE DISCOURAGED ABOUT THE WEIGHT! You will start going into bad habits and junking out!. If you are still not convinced, go see a health nutritionist and she can tell you how much of your body is muscle and fat and they might even give you tips on how to make yourself fit and a bit slimmer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You mentioned eating better - can you give an example of food you eat on any particular day!? Also, when you drink "juices" sometimes they can have a lot of calories and sugar!. What kind of juices!? Best beverages are water, seltzer water, unsweetened ice tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
