Are my arms big enough?!


Question: Are my arms big enough!?

I don't want to get too big, but I do want to get more definition or detail if you know what I mean (cut)!. What exercises can I do to get that!? (I'm 18)Www@Answer-Health@Com

this one is easy just do more repition and less wight, like me i do reps of 4x25 of 135 lbs to get that burning sensation!. if you do more weight with less reps you will bigger not more cut!. because when you do more reps you burns the fat in your arms and if you do more weight you break your muscles down, which redevelope in your sleep thats why you ache in the morning, and you will get bigger!. But the number 1 thing to remember is that it takes time and doesn't happen over night!.

Exercises: bench press, incline, decline, military press, dumbells, curls, reverse curls, triceps, basically hold weight in the air and bend your arms behind your head and pull the weights up, and wrist poppers, where you hold 10, 15 pound straight out in front of you and curl your wrist forwards and back full motion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you're satisfied, maintain them!. if not, do what you can to help make them bigger!.

my suggestion about definition, google different arm work outs and see what comes up!. you may need to up your protein intake, LEAN protein that is!. look around, military websites will probably help you out on this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think to look like that, you have to have as little fat as possible so maybe keep doing your push ups and get some cardio in there like maybe running or cycling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think their quite big enough if u get then to big u could start to have problems with ur bones crack so make sure!!!!
