Eating junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight!. You want to add healthy calories, so choose healthy foods!. Meals should be balanced!. Try to have some protein with each meal or snack!.

To add calories to breakfast you could try adding an egg or a slice of toast with peanut butter to what you already eat!. Some healthy choices are: whole grain cereal with 2 percent milk and some fruit or juice or whole grain pancakes or waffles with fruit or juice!.

For lunch you can add extra cheese, lean meat or avocado to sandwiches, tacos, or salads!. if you want to gain weight just to lose it in the gym!. eat more times a day with a little less quantity instead of three times a day eat 5 or 6 six but with more snacks!. fatty foods will do to but will mostly likely go straight to the midsection or butt!. wouldn't recommend itWww@Answer-Health@Com
