About butt/thigh workouts..??!


Question: About butt/thigh workouts!.!.!?!?
I have a big butt & somewhat big thighs but i like it!.!.but i also have cellulite & it looks like to me that im getting little white stretch marks on the side of my butt/thighs!. so i was wondering what workouts can i do to make my butt & thighs tone but not smaller!? like i wanna keep my curves but just make them nicer!.!.and im sure work outs can help my thighs get bigger & toner & same for my butt!. but i dont know how or what to do!? if working out will make them smaller, i dont wanna do it!. lol!.!.!.any recommendations!? thanks!!!!<3Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just so you know, if you are 5'9'' and weigh 136, I think you are medically underweight!.!.!.

FOR CELLULITE:
You cannot get rid of cellulite by working out!. You might be able to make it less noticeable by working out that area because you will tone it up, but thats about it!. For your cellulite try using creams!. If you dont want anything too exprensive, like from BeautiControl, Avon, etc!., I think Dove has a cream that visibly tightens and tones skin and is for cellulite as well!. Look for it in your local drug or grocery store!. Its where all of the body lotions are at!.

FOR YOUR BUTT/THIGHS:
For butt/thigh exercises do squats and lunges!. You can also try getting on all fours (hands and knees) and try lifting your leg back toward your buttocks!. Start off with a few sets and few repetition and gradually increase over time!. Once this exercise becomes too easy for you, try adding an ankle weight and it gets challenging again!. This last workout is what I found best works for really LIFTING the butt, which makes it look rounder and higher, not saggy!. You will love it, trust me! I do this workout religiously LOL!.

FOR YOUR ABDOMEN:
For a toned tummy do any stomach exercise!. I do the traditional sit-ups only I do it on a machine!. It mainly targets the mid abdomen!. You can also lie flat on your back on the floor, then lift your legs up toward you using the strenght of your abs!. At first it is very difficult so only do as much as you can!. That really targets the lower abdomen!.

The most important thing when it comes to sexy abs is your diet though! Make sure you eat lots of lean meats and protein (fish, lean chicken) and lots of green veggies!. Cut back on the carbs, they bloat the stomach a lot!.

Lastly but very important for achieving six pack abs is getting good cardio workouts! I cannot re-emphasize this enough because through cardio you burn fat (yes, even from your abdomen area) and in order for your six pack to show, you have to have a specific percentage of fat in your body, if you exceed that limit, your abs wont show!. I think for women you cannot have more than 17% body fat!. Check your BMI to know how much fat you have and go from there!.

FOR LOWER BACK:
Oh yeah, a lot of ppl get lower back pain because they are top heavy!. If this is the case with you then I would suggest you get on an exercise program if you arent on one already!. You want to avoid being top heavy because it puts too much strain on your back!. If you are thinking of doing exercises for your back, make sure they are not difficult or the kind that put to much strain on your back because you can make the problem worse!. If you like to swim, I hear water aerobic exercises are great for your back, because underwater you dont have all the pressure of your body weight!.

I don't know much about how toreduce the butt, but running and lots of cardio will help slim you and tone you especially with lunges or squats!.

And for your lower back, lie on your stomach and alternate moving your legs and arms in opposites up and down like you're play swimming!. You can also do lower back lifts with weights to help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok the belly fat and the thigh and butt problem your having!. the best way and the most least expensive way is RUNNING!. oh my goodness!. i run everyday now it helps so much!. i used to have pretty big thighs too and i thought it was going to be impossible to lose it!. but running did really help me!. you shouldnt run over hills and stuff only run on flat land/ground!. and squats help as well as pilatesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Same height but I weigh 10 more lbs than you!. It's weird, I'm not fat!.!. I have a 25" waist!.
Anyways, try swimming, walking with a little bit of jogging, lunges, squats!. Squats and lunges will help add muscle, making your butt and thighs look bigger and firmer while losing fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For your legs you can do squats at a gym with weight and so that your legs will stay the same size do heavier weight and less repetitions like 3-5 sets of 5-8 repetitions!. And for your back the only thing you can do is have great posture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
