Question: Help losing weight !!?
Okayy !.!. i want to lose weight !.!.!.I am giving up all junk food and fast food and am drinking approx 5 bottles of water a day!.!. I exercise on my exercise bike everyday for atleast 30 minutes!.!.!. Will I lose weight by just doing this !? What else can I do to help me lose weight faster without having to go out and buy anything else !.!.!.just something I can do in my bedroom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can try varying the workouts you do!. pilates!. yoga maybe!. pushups situps crunches squats etc!. and running is excelent for losing weight!. esp!. with the belly and legs!. id say running is the way to go!. good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
It depends on how much you are overweight!. If you are not fat, it will be hard for you to lose weight!. If you have big butt or thigh, keep them! cuz look great!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well just eat a lot healthier, think a lot (your burn calories when you think), run around (good for your lungs as well!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
