Where have these extra lbs come from?????!


Question: Where have these extra lbs come from!?!?!?!?!?
For the past week i have followed a strict diet and i have not strayed from it, i lost 8lbs and i weigh myself everyday!.
Yesterday i weighed myself to find i have PUT ON 2lbs from nowhere!?!?!?!? I havent strayed from my diet, i have veg and salad with every meal, no meat or milk or bread and the only thing that accompanies that is a small quorn fillet or a tiny tin of tuna in lime with pepperor a veggie burger!. The only thing that has changed is me drinking 1pt of Cranberry juice a day for the past 3 days!. Why have i put on these pounds!? Now i feel like my diet is pointless!!! I am only eating around 800 calories a day at most! HELPWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would guess it is the calories in the Cranberry Juice!. It is good for you but 1 pint a day sounds too much!. Cut it down to a small glass a day and drink loads and loads of water!. You may hold the water slightly at first but eventually it will flush out with the help of the cranberry juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should not weigh yourself every day, it is normal that the weight varies from day to day, you can even put on a few lbs one day or stay at the same weight for several days, the important thing is to continue your diet and eat healthy meals!. The most important thing is not to eat between meals and drink a lot of water during the day!.
loosing weight is not a regular thing, you can't expect to lose one or two lbs on a regular basis, sometimes it is more, sometimes less but the end result will be a weight loss!.

well, since you are pretty much starving yourself and then go drink something way sugary, that only turns into fat, go by what you seen in the mirror and not what you see on the scale!. when I was on a diet, I used the mirror so could see the results!. I dont know, maybe you weighed yourself after you ate, scales arent everything, One night I weighed myself, then weighed myself the next and it said I lost 10 pounds!. so dont always believe the scale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Youi may just be bloated, it happens when your body recieves less than what it wants!. It should go soon providing you are getting all you need fromt he food you are eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

did you weigh yourself in the morning !? Usually at night im a few lbs heavier!.

Also 800 calories isnt enough, your body wont cope for very long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you had to go to the bathroom befor you weighted your self or maybe you where wearing something more heavy like a sweat shirt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you exercising if so that could be where you are getting your lbs!. but don't worry just keep up with the diet besides muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
