What is a good amount for a female to squat and bench press?
right now I can do around 6 reps at 165 lbs. I'm 160 lbs. I've never tried to see how much I can bench, but I know I can do 115.

You are already squating your bodyweight and benching about 70% of your weight. That is very respectable.
I think the record for women's bench press at 165lb is around 250 - so your almost half way there!
