Hi mate, to anwser you question quickly "no"
First of all you need to actually workout what you want to do, loose fat or gain muscle!. You can't do both at the same time, as loosing weight requires a caloric deficit, and gaining muscle requires a caloric surplus!. Supplements should be the last of your worries, hence the name, supplement, they help when everything else is already in order, primarily your exercise and Nutrition, either way with nutrition these tips should help out, If you decide to gain first then make sure you eat a **** load, and obviously have smaller portions if you want too loose weight
1!. Eat every 2-3 hours (no matter what, you should eat between 5-8 meals per day)
2!. Eat lean protein in every meal
3!. Eat Fruit/Vegetables in every meal (tho not to much fruit, id limit it to 2-3 servings per day as fructose is easily stored as fat)
4!.ensure that all the carbohydrates that you take in come from fruit or vegetables (i!.e avoid junk like soda, or complex carbohydrates such as bread, pasta etc)
BTW the only time I would ignore this is during or after a workout!.
5!. ensure that around 25% of your energy comes from fat, with a pretty even split between polyunsaturated, monounsaturated and saturated fat, tho for poly Id avoid Omega 6 and aim for plenty of Omega 3 because most people already get loads of Omega 6!.
6!.Drink Only non-calorie containing beverages, best choices being obviously water, and green tea
7!.Eat mostly whole foods, except during or after a workout
(that means eat real food, try to avoid processed crap)

As far as exercise, again with both you need to do some weight lifting, focusing on compound exercises (use more than one joint) such as Squats, deadlifts, lunges, barbell rows, squats, benchpress, squats, btw, dont forget squats!.
If loosing weight you can also add cardio!.

As far as which to do first, it depends on where your at right now!. if your 150lbs but just have no tone, Id get straight into building muscle, yes you'll put on a little fat but don't worry thats nesecary and once you bulk up to where you want you can start to loose the fat!.
If your already quite big, like over 200lbs with a high % bodyfat Id loose fat first so that when you start to gain muscle its alot easier to see, every pound you put onto a smaller frame will look like 2 which should boost your confidence some!.

I would avoid hydroxycut and anything like it, most of those fat loss things are bullshit, loaded with caffeine and other chemicals with fancy names, while claiming to be natural!.
creatine on the other hand is quite useful and can help build strength and muscle, but it wont help if you don't first take care of your nutrition and exercise!.

My husband weight lifts, and as weird as this sounds he takes a weight gainer shake, then takes hydroxycut and lifts for about 2 hours!. I thought it sounded ridicolous, but hes gotten some really good results ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
