I'm 12 and I would like to know what healthy meals I could eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner!. I know I should eat fruits and vegetables but I'm talking about actual meals, please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is still balanced!. Eat whole grains!.!.!. not processed bleached out garbage bread!. And, make sure to get protien in you!.

If you eat something that is whole grain (a whole grain piece of toast) and something with protein in the morning (like bacon), you will be surprised how long the combination will sustain you!.
