Fat fat fat are we all getting to fat ?!
Question: Fat fat fat are we all getting to fat !?
I was sitting with the TV on last night and people on it were saying that we r all getting to fat !? The average women is a 16 in the usa a 16 is a 14 !? so the use girl are so much bigger then use as there average is 16 which is or 18 so wot or why do people have to eat so much !?
they have also found that men are much more smaller than women on average !? I can understand that people in the 40's getting bigger coz as u get older u get bigger!. my dad is fighting the fat aswell and he is doing well he is still a 32 which is very good for his age!. And he can still go to the toilets by hem self!. lol

when my dad's group of friends were young they went out side to have fun now everything we do is indoors why !?
I still like bing out side i play alot of tennis out doors and i have 5 friends who play!. and i play some play 2 times a day and so i have to phone round to get alot of match and people just dont 1t to go out lol

Well, yes, we are getting too fat!. Not everyone, of course, but there's predictions that the majority of most indivdual states will have more than 50% population be overweight by 2030!.
But you gotta look at facts as well!.
We spend an average of 5-6 on computers, watching television, etc!. instead of being active!.
A soda back in the 80s had about 80 calories!. A soda the same size today has about 300!. There is more "stuff" and "junk" being added to our food that makes it naturally unhealthier nowadays!.
Schools are not providing healthy choices!. Vending machines!? Pizza and fries!? A chance to go out to a fastfood restaurant!? And some places don't even require gym as a class!.
Your guess is as good as mine as why people don't go outside!.!. But we are considered the "Fat Generation"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh yes, everyone has a fat mate now i have one but hes like most porkies he is in denial and its not a river in Egypt, beer gut but doesn,t drink, man boobs that are getting that bad he,ll need one of his wife's bras soon , but they tend to cover up with baggy tops rather than just stop filling that hole in there face like my friend!.my mate was in the swimming pool lately and looked like a big fat chested turkey but there,s no hope for these people they still think in some self deluded way they look good, but who has the heart to tell them they look like a hippo about to give birth to an elephant!. my mate does god love him, only a mother couldWww@Answer-Health@Com
