I feel fat all the time and I want to look like

I also just lost 17 pounds so that good but I feel fatter than ever now!. and I dont know why!.
I just want to lose like 8 pounds!.
So, if I run about 2-3 miles everyday could I lose 8 pounds by July!?!?
is that possible!? and I also eat really well!.

I say if being in a one piece swimsuit is more comfortable!.!.be in it!. Hilary Duff!? She's pretty skinny!.!.!.like too skinny!. Don't go overboard with exercising, eat healthy and limit portions!. Gradually increase your activity and don't start off with 2-3 a day!. Start with half!.!.or even a quarter and work your way up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you are thin!. I personally don't like Hillary Duff's body!. That is who that was right!? Focus on being thin and strong!. Toned muscles on a thin body is very sexy!. If you can run 2-3 miles a day, you could probably lose the weight by July!. You need to run these miles as fast as you can though!. As a general rule 2 miles isn't really enough to lose more weight, just maintain what you have lost!. This of course depends on your body though!. You said you just lost 17lbs, so I'm not sure if your body will really let you get any lower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, she looks too skinny and kinda gross!. I'm a guy and I felt a little sick after seeing her in a bikini!.

1 pieces are HOT!. I started dating my girlfriend because she looked good in a big one-piece lifeguard suit!. It was red and it covered most of her, but it was SMOKING!.

It's all a matter of perception!. You should not compare yourself to others!. And you should not feel bad because you feel more comfy in a one piece swimsuit!. Just eat well, exercise, and drink water lol!. I think that you are at about the perfect weight for your height!. You must start thinking though, just be happy with who you are!. don't run every day you body won't could improve and you'll damage your knees!. Run every second day and do push'ups or something the other!.

If you do your BMI- body mass index- which measures the amount of fat based on height and weight- then you come out at 19!.4!. The BMI catergories are <18!.5 = underweight, 18!.5 - 24!.9 = normal weight, 25 - 29!.9 overweight, and >39 is obese!. Theres no way you should be considering youself fat!

Also, if you feel fatter than ever after losing 17 pounds, you need to be careful not to get too into it if you do start dieting and eating less!. You're a healthy weight, but if you lose that 8 pounds you BMI goes down to below 18!.5- which is underweight and not nice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a healthy rate to lose weight is about 1 or 2 lbs a week!. so yeah running 2-3 miles every day, along with eating healthy (aim for about 1500 calories a day), will help you to lose 8 lbs by july!.

i think she looks great in that pic! not too skinny, and not too fat!. wear whatever swimsuit you look and feel best in!. they make some pretty cute one pieces out there! and you can also wear tankinis, which are two peices but more like a tank top than a bra top!.
