I am 15 years old i am 5" 2' and i weight 115 lbs is that normal weight!


Question: I am 15 years old i am 5" 2' and i weight 115 lbs is that normal weight for a girl my age!?
when i was eight i use to weight 80 lbs and people called me fat so i felt bad!. Fortunately i lost weight but i dont want to get fat!. i have 3 months of exercising (running for 40 minutes a day) for 5 days a week!. Im eating special k cereal and eating healthy!.I am not stupid to starve to death because i am afraid of anorexia!. I eat a whole bunch of fruits and veggies but i never seem to be getting thinner!?!?!? i wonder why i don't lose weight!. Is my weight normal for a girl my age that is 5"2'!?!?!?Please tell me what i am doing wrong on my dietWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your weight is absolutely perfect for your height, so you can stop worrying!. it's wonderful that you are eating tons of fruits and veggies and are focused on eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise!. You sound smart, like you know what is best for you, so stop worrying about what other people might think!. Eventually you will realize it doesn't matter what others think, what really matters is what you know about yourself, because other people will always think something different, and we can't please everyone, nor can we do what we think everyone else thinks we should! How often are other people mistaken about what someone else should do!?
Follow your heart, listen to your common sense, and when you find yourself doubting your own judgement, stop and tell yourself that you DO know what is best for you (that doesnt mean you can't ask others what they think) and that you can make the best decisions for yourself!.

I'm 15, 5'2, and I weigh 135 lbs!. You are fine, I guess you could lose a couple of pounds!. My goal is to weigh 105!. We seem to be in the same exact situation!. I excercise 40 minutes everyday, and I'm also on the Special K diet, plus I do eat healthy(a lot of fruit veggies etc!.!.!.)!. But like you, I haven't lost any weight yet, I'm not any thinner either!. On top of that I'm currently taking Slim Quick, but nothing is working!. And honestly it is frustrating me!. 115lbs and fat!? I don't think so!. You know, I was a horribly fat teenager!. I was 16 and I did weigh 255lbs and I was subjected to all sorts of ridicule!. I've learned that I cannot let others tell me who or what I am---and my body is part of who I am!. I've lost all that excess weight by now, but I do remember that it is not so easy not to try to live up to the pressure of other classmates/friends!.
You are not fat and since you are running 40 minutes each day for 5 days a week can I guarantee you that you will lose weight with that!.!.!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
