Answers:
Use Swanson low sodium, Add bay leaf, "one or 2" fresh parsley, carrots, celery and simmer that, cook your chicken seperately which is what I do to avoid any grease in the soup, and also if you add noodles, cook them seperately so you dont have a starchy soup, add them when the soup is cooled to room temp because if you add cooked noodles to a soup that is still hot, the noodles will continue to cook and get mushy, ending up falling apart!.
This is the only way I make my soup, oh and I often add small pieces of potato which I steam seperately and add those after soup is cooked up!.
To speed things up sometimes, I will steam the cut up carrots and celery halfway, it actually gives the veggies a better flavor before adding them into the broth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can make your own stock!. That will be salt-free!. Also, you can buy commercial salt-free stock!. Stock is often used cause it has more flavor than plain water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can find low-salt chicken broth to use as a substitute!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
