Answers:
ive had the same problem! it only happens to me randomly though!.

but ive been doing a lot of research!.
some good food to eat before work outs are fruit like apples which is what i eat it will give you some energy, make sure you arent dehydrated when u go into your work out so drink a lot of water during the day i also like power bars any kind of bar will give you energy really!. pretzels!. i lovee sport beans they are made by jelly belly they are supposed to give you energy!. these ar things i eat that dont make me sick lol u dont want to get sick you know what agrees with your body!. i dont eat yogurt but i heard you can also eat that!. anything that has about 200 calories in it so you have energy to last you through your work out!.

foods to eat after your work out are very important!. you have about a 30 minute window to get food in your body to restore glycogen in your muscles which is very important for your work out the following day!. gatorade is good for sweat loss (electrolytes) pretzels!. but you definately need some protein, chicken, any kind of meat is good!. pastas, breads!. but make sure you are eating as soon as you can!

make sure you also drink a lot of water to rehydrate your legs after ur work out to prevent cramps and dehydration later on!.

hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
