Post-exercise meal?!


Question: Post-exercise meal!?
I'm currently trying to get fit, and so I've just been running for a while (I dunno, about half an hour after walking for about an hour) and done some press ups before I eat, but I'm not sure what I should eat now to replenish my energy!.
