Question: Can I lose weight without dieting!?
I pretty much eat like a normal person but I'm over weight!. How can I eat like a normal person and be over weight you asked!? Well!.!.basically I use to eat horrible when I was younger!.!.I lost a couple of pounds for cutting back and actually eating like a normal person!.!.but I'm still over weight!. In the past I hardly exercise regularly!.!.So what I'm asking is!.!.Can I lose weight with exercise alone and without dieting!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
