Question: Em i fat or what!?
Hi im 5'9 weight 160, and i used to weight 260 so ive lost alot of lbs my goal is to reach 135 by agust!? anyone know if its possible!?!.!.!.!. also is 160 ok but i still feel fat!!.!.!. i also have extra skin wich ive noticed anyone know wat i can do with that!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea, are u man or woman!. i'm guessing woman!. 160, imo, is just a little too fat!. 145-150 is perfect imo, since you are not short!.

in regards to the bmi!. you can see that you can lose a few extra pounds to be in the "low" spectrum of normal!. i think you can easily do it by august!.

yea it's "possible" but likely i can't say!.!.!.

it's really difficult to say whether someone is "fat" by just knowing their height and weight!.

Since most people don't know what you should weight for your height to be healthy they mostly go on appearance!.

It doesnt matter ur fat or thin but the most important thing is that u r healthy or not!. If someone is thin that doesnt shows that the person is healthy!. Eat healthy food!.!.!.if possible try to avoid fried and fast foods!. Exercise regularly and pls dont force urself!. u choose a exercise that suits ur interest!. if u love cycling, u can go outdoor cycling or indoor cycling!. dont worry abt the fabs!. For some ppl it very hard to get rid of the fabs and they might have to go for certain treatments!. Eat healthy and stay healthy is very important!. all the best =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm!.!.!.!. well if you would like to know for sure you should check with a BMI calculator (put that in google and click on a link) it will tell you for sure!. But some people look fat but really arent!. appearance isnt everythingWww@Answer-Health@Com
