Would you suggest to someone to follow the Canada's Food Guide? Why or why n!
Question: Would you suggest to someone to follow the Canada's Food Guide!? Why or why not!?
Answers:
No!. It is based on current popular nutrition theory, which is no different from the dietary advice of the last 20-30 years, which is resulting in countries full of overweight, sick and unhealthy people! "Eat whole grains, avoid saturated fat and animal products, etc!."!. This type of advice is "politically correct", but it is overly simplistic and simply does not work for a large percentage of people!. Diets that are low in fat and protein, and/or high in unsaturated fats are contributing to disease, not helping to stop it!. A real healthy diet will nourish you and help to reverse disease!. I recommend instead to educate yourself by visiting websites and reading books that have more in-depth and truthful advice!. 2 links you can start with are:

If you are someone who continuously exersized and are in great shape, etc!. then yes, it is a good guide!. Most people are not that active, and are still healthy!. Ask your docter for more advise about how much exersize and food you should be gettingWww@Answer-Health@Com
