You need to think about it like this: The end goal is to be able to accurately estimate the point total of any food!. That way, you will know immediately what is good and what is bad for you!. If you stick rigidly to the books and pamphelets, you will never learn this!. It is the people that cling to their points sliders that fail at keeping the weight off after WW!. It is not any more expensive than any other diet you would go on!. I've never personally done weight watchers before but know a handful of people who have!. They all raved about the program and talked about how much success they had on it!. You can eat pretty much whatever you want - you just have a number of points you can't go over a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
my mom and uncle went weight watchers and it only cost them 12 dollars a week and the best part was that my uncle lost about 60 pound in about 3 months!!!!!
