Wieght loss ideas anyone?!


Question: Wieght loss ideas anyone!?
i've started exersizing, drinking mostly water, alittle ice tea and only one cup of coffee a day!. i am cutting back on mah sugar intake and eating less!.!.!. what are some fun exersizes that i can do in a pool that'd help me keep up with exersizing/a routine!? do i need to buy any equipement, like wieghts!?
and any other tips ya can think of would be really a great help!.

you can buy resistance equipment that attach to your hands and feet that you can use in the pool!. i'd do it if i had my own pool!. plus swimming and that would be the perfect workout!.
out of the water, i like those rubber resistance bands to exercise my upper body!. like it much better than lifting weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
