Wow, 13 and you're already 5'11!

From my experience, it seems that there are just some men (young men in your case) that just are never able to lose that extra layer of fat except from when you are REALLY calorie deficient!. Meaning you have to be near starvation to lose the "man boobs" My older brother was always a little overweight until he joined the Marines and they put him on a low cal diet in Boot camp!. Also, he got really thin when he was in Iraq!. Otherwise, no matter what he did he could never get that chiseled, toned look to his upper body!. He's been out of the marines now for only 6 months and he's gained probably 40 pounds and has a HUGE gut!.

But at your age, I wouldn't worry so much!. Your body composition may change a lot w/in the next 5 years!. When you're 18/19 you'll know better how to control your weight!. It wouldn't be a terrible thing to start making some lifestyle changes like, stop eating fast food, or drinking regular coke!.

No joke, people who stop drinking regular cola loose on average 20 pounds! 5'11 and 180 pounds sounds like a pretty healthy weight especially if a lot of it is muscle!.

g'luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm, your overwieght, that says it all!. Little less eating, but keep up the exercises, and you will lose it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a gut and man boobs you just answered your own question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
