How to have more energy??!


Question: How to have more energy!?!?
okay, so school is out and summer is here!.!.!.but i'm a little behind in my classes so i'm taking two summer courses!. i'm REALLY lazy!.!.!.it's summer and i just want to lie around and do nothing!. but i really need to get these classes over with and it's too late to register them in for next fall!. how do i get more energy!?!? i've slept more than usual since school got out!.!.!.trying to catch up on getting more!.!.!.!.but i want to avoid the whole energy drinks!.!.!.any ideas!?!? (and no, it's not diabetes!.!.!.i'm healthy!.!.!.just lazy because it's summer and i have no motivation)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like one person already said!.!.!. pump up on vitamin B!. You can take the supplements!. And dont drink energy drinks, they will leave you crashing after!.

Eat a balanced diet like this!. !.!.

Exercise is key!. Summer is a graet time to do it becuase the weather is more tolerant!. Depending on where you live, if you live by a beach, go for a long walk ont he b each int he morning!. You should walk a lot over the summer!. Walk to the mall, the beach, the movies, just walk!. Its cheaper than gas prices too, so killing two birds with one stone!.
Also, encourage healthy eating!. Summer is a great time to eat healthy and light!.



Braekfast:
In a blender mix 2 cups of berries (frozen!.!.!. strawberries, blackberries, blueberries) and fat free soy milk or skim milk!. Pour it into a bowl!. Put low fat granola on top and then slice up a banana and drizzle honey on top!.

Lunch: Salad!. 2 cups of lettuce, 1 cup of chopped veges, such as tomatoe, cucumber, etc!. 1 avocado, cashews, 1 grilled chicken breast, fat free feta cheese!. Whole grain sandwich with peanut butter on it (she must have good fats and enough calories to sustain her through the day)!. Have a peice of fruit too!.

Snack: Go for a Luna Bar!.

Dinner: Grilled salmon, chicken braest, tofu (lean protein)!. Quinoa made with reduced sodium broth, and salad or grilled vegetables!.

Dessert: 1 orange or a skinny cow ice cream desert ( they are actually realllllly good and low calorie)!.

Be sure to exercise!. Its summer, spend as much time outside in the fresh air and sunshine as you can!. After your classes, get outside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Void caffeine! I repeat! Avoid caffeine!
It will leave you sluggish and tired!.
Wean yourself off coffee and energy drinks!.
For real energy, drink lots of water, stay hydrated, and eat good foods, like wholemeal foods and lots of fruit and veg and protein!. And exercise! You might even want to try getting to bed an hour early, then getting up earlier and doing 30 mins of exercise in the morning before your courses!. Just a jog, or a brisk walk, or even some star jumps and skipping!. It creates adreneline which then makes you feel awake, alive, and motivated!. I find I feel the most motivated when I have been to the gym (I do boxercise)!. I'm not an exercise fiend, but I try and do it three times a week, and that's the best energy fix I know of!.
