Any advice for getting off that plateau after dieting and exercising for 2 months?
I have lost 10 lbs in a month and a half, now it seems like i can't lose anymore weight. I had a c section 10 months ago and i feel like my stomach/love handle area is impossible to get rid of and it won't tone at all. My legs and arms are toning fine...but i do the elliptical for 30 min everyday and i am on a very strict, great diet. I am getting bored with the elliptical and i was wondering if anyone has advice or ways they got past that plateau point and found a way to start losing weight again. I do lift light weights and do stomach work outs along with the elliptical everyday...i just dont know what else to do!

try doing something new. ur body has gotten use to doing the same thing everyday. go for a run, or go swimming, etc.
