Am I training properly?!


Question: Am I training properly!?
I have bin body building for about 2-3 months now and have bin gaining considerably!. Ok il get straight to the point!. I have bin spending 30min on the tread climber after every work-out period no matter what mustles i train on!. Is this good towards my physique and mass even though I am trying to bulk up!?!. Before ya hand me down the answers I must add that i am trying to build my legs up more than anything at the moment!.!.!. Has anyone got any tips for me because I am curious about anything and everything on this matter, Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are trying to increase your mass, limit your cardio to only 3 times a week!. And work each muscle only once a week, but if yo want to build up another muscle more (Like you said wanting to build your legs more) work them twice a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

squats and heel raises with 50--75 barbell, for hamstrings, you have the barbell in front of you and bend your upper body down and up!. My dad bought me Arnold Swartzneggers bodybuilding encyclopedia, it is awesome, shows every excercise you can do, how to do it and diet and fitness, I dont want to be a bodybuilder, but it is a good book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they say you should only do cardio workouts after youve worked the different muscle groups through the week!. Its bad to do cardio before training as it uses more energy, therefore less energy to train!.
If you want to work your legs more go on the leg press machines, these will build up your thighs greatly!. For calf just rise and loser your tip toes increasing weight!. Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
