Question: Need tips on how to lose weight!.!?
Well, i used to be not skinny not buff but average!. Then, I just gained the weight!. I want to lose it!. Any suggestions!. I plan on running a mile or more a day during june, july, and augsut, 5 days a week!. Would that help me!? Also swimming!. Would swimming help!? tere are several reason y i want to lose weight, adn one of them is to boost my self esteem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise that you are planning on doing is great!.But you need to eat correctly also!. One of the things most people forget and that is eating vegetable and fruit are not only healthy but filling!. Drinking water is very important to any weight loss plan!. Along with whole grains (no white bread) and broiled or grilled meats!. And always take a multivitamin with minerals!. If you want the weight to stay off do it the healthy way and create good eating habits that will help you feel good about yourself and look great too!.www!.supplements2health!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com

If your self esteem isn't good now it won't be when you loose the weight!. I think you 1st need to love you for you no matter how you look!. The quickest way I lost the weight was by turning vegetarian see if it works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
