I've gained 4 pounds but I haven't been eating badly???!?!?!?!


Question:

I've gained 4 pounds but I haven't been eating badly???!?!?!?

I was at 141, trying 2 get 2 135.

I havent been eating badly, Ive been eating just enough to mantain 141 (kinda like a break). Friday I went to a party & PIGGED OUT (horrible, Ik) and the next morning i was 143.4.
I promised myself to go back to dieting again and get back to 141 (or less!).
July 3rd I had a bad day (ate a lot) and I knew I had gained weight, but all the other days I knew I had lost some.
July 4th I did very well and I woke up today and decided to weigh myself - 144.4!!!!
I can't believe it.
This is with no clothes on after going to the bathroom no breakfast!

Could this be sodium from the day before (salad dressing, beans, bread, chips?)?

could it be bc its been 17 days since the end of my last period and i usually gain weight a few days before? even though i usually have 21 days between periods.

should i excercise more? bc usually i only excercise 30 minutes a day & im on the comp a lot

do i have time 2 lose this weight before september?
what should i change?


Answers:

Yes to all. I think the sodium is the biggie though. If I eat pizza, I gain 5 lbs. temporarily because I seldom eat anything salty. Just eat healthy foods and maybe increase the exercise a little. You still have two months to lose the weight. That's plenty of time for that amount. Just don't get discouraged by the temporary weight gain.
