Question: Weight Watchers Points!?
Does anybody know a website that tells you how many points are in different foods as I am starting weight watchers but im going it alone!. Any website I go onto for points its all American food that you cant get over here!. I would like a website for the UK and Ireland!.

You need all of the books really in order for you to do the diet, i wanted to do it alone so what i did was went to one meeting (the sun newspaper always has cut out coupons for a free meeting), got the books that i needed (as they are all free) and i went from there!. The only other thing you can do is pay to use the website www!.weightwatchers!.co!.uk and all of the resources will be on there for you!.

I don't have a website but also go it alone!. At the moment it is free to join Weightwatchers!. Why not join and go an buy a Weightwatchers calculator!. You can work out the points value of anything with this, which is what I do!. You can go for a couple of weeks and then leave, which is what I did!. I lost two and a half stone last year and am just about to embark upon a further stone!. It is important to know how many points you are supposed to eat according to what you weigh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
