Reducing my sore body?
Started resistance training and I'm so sore. Is there a way to keep from getting this bad? Can I take some kind of vitamins to help out or something. I'm not going to stick with it if I have to look forward to this for several days after my work outs.

try a couple of ibuprofen to help out at first, the muscles will take a while to adjust to the training, before long you won't need them at all.....do lots of stretching before and after....
