Binging problem?!


Question: Binging problem!?
i still have struggling here!. Since trying to eat 3 meals a day instead of 1, i went on a binging spree!. I have managed to start binging on yougurt coated raisons, sesame seeds, apples, instead!. my metabolism kicked in like they said it would and from 119lbs its around 112/113 but with this healthyish binging!. is my weight going to still struggle to maintain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

get yourself into a daily routine with fruit and veg and plenty of water!. cut out as much of the rubbish food as you can!. then try and go for a wlakm swim, run or whatever you can do!. break the cycle of taking the easy route!. you can do itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eating healthy is a good step!.
Try eating 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours!. It keeps up the "thermic effect" That's your body burning calories just to digest food!. The body uses 10% of the calories it ingests to digest!. And have a little of everything at eachmeal/snack, mixing carbs,protein & fat!. It serves your digestion & appetite better!. A sandwich,milk & cereal!.!.!.!.sesame seeds & fruit!.
And drink a lot of water!. It helps your metabolism!.

just eat when you are hungry and drink when your thirsty little and often you will lose weight then because you only eat a little at a time to fuel your body correctly if you stress on the size of big meals just don't panic and eat little and often its the smart healthy choice eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg and i swear you will be the correct weight for your height and get to grips with a steady weight and you should lose the extra pounds as long as you snack healthy and often but avoid eating junk!. Main meals will fade into the past as we are not designed to eat three times a day!. We are a species that should replenish the fuel we use up, (ie) when we use a lot of energy we should eat a little straight after we expend the energy that way we will have less free radicals in the body so we should age less and preserve ourselves a little better its been proved by dietitians and scientists all over the globe you should ask your General practitioner about the little and often mode of weight loss and weight control you will be amazed at the results you will get!.
