Question:

Exercises for a bigger butt?

i'm very petite (5'1, & 95 pounds, i'm 17. i'm NOT anorexic or anything, just little) & i'm pretty athletic (i'm in tae kwon do & dance)

i have a nicely shaped, but fairly little butt.

i'd like to have it about the same shape, just bigger. are there any exercises i can do to make it bigger? don't say "just gain weight!" cuz i've tried & i can't.

i don't want my butt to be really hard though, toned, but not hard.

any suggestions?


Answers:

Squats and ham string exercises.

Also, lay on your back on the floor, bend your knees, with your feet flat on the floor.

Then, do pelvic thrusts.

Do them slowly, do about 30, then cross a leg over and do 30, and then cross the other leg over for 30.

Work up from 30 to 100, in the morning and at night.

Should make a difference in 2 weeks, and with the squats, etc, you should get what you want in about 6 weeks...

Be careful about your knees and hips....
