Question: How much weight could i lose in 6 weeks if!.!.!.!.!?
i didnt eat any junk food (fast food, candy, etc), i also wont drink any sodas or juice, i would be drinking a lot of water everyday, i would try to go walking for at least 30 minutes everyday, i would be eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, and i would eat smaller portions, and cut down my carbs, and also eat every three hours or so (just something really small, like a banana), i would also do some ab workouts for maybe 15 minutes or soWww@Answer-Health@Com

sure u will lose lots of weight if you do all of that!.!.!.!.!.!.!. but im guessing that your body might not be able to cope with such a dramtic change so fast!. Your body will crave all thoughs extra things so you much gradually cut them out!. Somtimes cutting thing out completely in a very short period of time will cause bindging and you may eat more than your old intake!.

So many try doing all though things you are planning to do but bring them in over a 2 to 4 week period!. This will give u the best chance for succse!. I no this dosnt really answer your question but weight lose should really be a long term thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can still eat fast foods/sodas, as long as its in moderation!. try to drink as much water a day as possible, and if you want an alternative to water, mix in some dilute!. seriously, it is highly underestimated how much water you need to drink a day, and even if you changed that, you could get a lot fitter in 6 weeks!. but dont overdo it! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends or what size muscles youve got ,tiny muscles will burn fat very slowly,bigger-quicker,i love your walking idea,if you follow your program day by day im pretty sure you will lose no more than about 6kg which is a start, follo it forever and youve got the right idea, dont inhibit protein though, and dont get to crazy reducing the carbs as most of the carbs are used in your brain,Www@Answer-Health@Com

yer its pretty good but also try jogging alot and every couple hundred of metres sprint for 5 seconds or so, also run up and down stairs that will help alot!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
