Answers:
yes, increasing the protein intake can aid in weight/fat loss!. you can use it post workout with some carbs but you can also use it to bring up the protein content of any meals!. soy and hemp proteins can be found in organic versions online and most health foods stores!. most women only need about 10 grams of protein post workout (with some carbs) so a little goes a long way!.

in general each meal should consist of an equal amount of proteins and carbs!. replacing processed carbs for low fat proteins is a simple way to improve the diet for fat loss and weight maintenance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, well getting high protein in a drink without high saturated fat is definitely good for you!. I love Muscle Milk it is the best (22--28 g protein, 6 g sugar)!. Too many protein drinks have so much sugar, and that kinda throws off the weight-loss benefits, so I recommend Muscle Milk!. That, along with working out, has really helped me become completely satisfied with myself!. Most people don't get enough protein, and that is what your muscles use to repair themselves after you work out!. So you would really have to eat a LOT more fish and meat in order to get all the protein you need!. Go ahead and drink those protein drinks!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're doing cardio, you're practically wasting time, because doing a lot of cardio will simply lead you to also burning off lean muscle mass!.

Since you are losing weight, you aren't ready to build muscle, so I wouldn't waste my time if I were you!.

If you Do it, DON"T Drink Muscle Milk!. Almost 19g of fat!? Gross!. Get a Protein IsolateWww@Answer-Health@Com

protein shakes are great! not only do they help burn calories and help build muscle but protein also gives your body energy and if you always have a to go bottle it will help curb your hunger!. try talking to your trainer or dietician and ask which one they use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I drink them in the morning sort of as a meal replacement!. It gets me through until lunch then I work out in the evening!. I've noticed I've slimmed down but haven't seen much muscle build up just yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
