Answers:
The best exercises for getting rid of fat are running, jogging, or walking!. And, contrary to popular belief, given the same distance traveled, all of them burn the same number of calories!. That said, running is faster, so if you have less time available, running is probably the best option for you, provided that you do not have a physical condition which precludes running!.

However, running everyday or even walking everyday will end up causing you to plateau, or, in other words, level off in your weight loss!.

Losing fat is a good goal, but you also want to tone the muscles!. Again, you don't want to burn yourself out!. However, the abdominal muscles recover faster than the peripherals (arms and legs), so you can do abdominal exercises every day!.

Here is a good 6-day (Monday through Saturday) workout schedule:

Monday: Jog 2-3 miles, do three sets of 20 repetitions of each of the following abdominal exercises: Standard situps, abdominal twists ("Rocky" situps), and abdominal crunches!.

Tuesday: Do three sets of 20 repetitions each of the following upperbody exercises: Pushups, dips (sit in a chair, place your hands at the edge, scoot forward until your hands are the only thing touching the chair, then, with your legs straight, lower your body until your upper arms are parallel with the ground), overhead claps (stand straight with your arms out to the side, parallel to the ground, palms facing skyward, then bring your hands up till your palms contact each other above your head), and forward claps (the same as the previous except that the palms face forward and contact each other directly in front of you at chest level!.), then do the abdominal exercises listed on Monday's workout!.

Wednesday: Run 2-3 miles, and repeat the abdominal workout from Monday!.

Thursday: Repeat Tuesday's workout schedule!.

Friday: Repeat Monday's workout schedule!.

Saturday: It is the weekend, so we are taking it slow!. Walk 2-3 miles, then come back and find a flat surface approximately 4-6 inches above the ground, do six sets of 10 calf raises (stand on the raised surface with your heels extending past the raised surface, lower your heels until they contact the ground), and two sets of the abdominal exercises listed earlier!.

Sunday: Take a break, you've earned it!.

Keep in mind that exercise alone will not help you beat fat!. You also need to watch what you eat!. Starvation diets don't really work!. Lowfat or Non-fat diets do!. You can eat many of the things that you enjoy if you merely substitute low fat ingredients!. An example would be replacing mayonaisse with mustard!. Mustard contains no fat and has fewer calories than mayonaisse!. If the recipe calls for boiled eggs, remove the yolks after boiling and just use the egg whites!. If it says whole milk, use 2%, 1%, or nonfat milk!.

I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

squats lunges, ab crunches and exercises like this only help your muscles, and helps burn fat more quickly!. If you big and lazy and havent done anything physically for more than one hour, just start walking!. Just start with as many as you can!. I know I can walk at least two hours at a very fast pace, I can do about 100-150 proper form crunches, so you choose whats right for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

SQUATS AND LUNGES: FOR LOSING FAT ON YOUR THIGHS AND BUTT AND TO GAIN MUSCLE 20-30 EVERY OTHER DAY TRY DOING IT 15-20 MINUTES BUT IT DEPENDS ON YOU!.

SIT UPS AND CRUNCHES: FOR LOSING FAT ON UR BELLY AND GAINING ADS!. THE AMOUNT DEPENDS ON YOUWww@Answer-Health@Com
