I have 20 days until I leave for the beach and want to look in my bikini. How?!


Question:

I have 20 days until I leave for the beach and want to look in my bikini. How?

I'm about 5'6", 130 pounds, not overweight, but I could definitely tighten things up. I have a lack of motivation, so I'm hoping now that the beach is right around the corner, I'll get my butt in gear.
What can I do that will show me some results, and help keep me motivated?

well i guess for you you should think of all the guys that are putting their time in the gym and busting their butts and have 8 packs :)

in terms of results... i would start doing some weight lifting low weight high reps and then when your done lifting i would go on a run (you will burn fat faster by running second and lifting first) Also do 3 sets of 75 sit ups (different kinds) as soon as you wake up in the morning...when your done with your run...and right before you go to bed. Make sure you do this lifting/running 4 times a week...and then on atleast one of the off days do extra abs (like 5 sets of 125...4 times randomly throughout the day)


And make sure you eat and you eat healthy
