Ladies..Does giving birth completely destroy your AB muscles?!


Question: Ladies!.!.Does giving birth completely destroy your AB muscles!?
I am worried that when I have a child I will mess up what I worked my butt off for- Having decent abs!. Is it different for everyone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If this is your first child then you should be fine, i had abs after i had my first baby and now that i have had my second i'm working to get them back again!.
If you get stretch marks on your abdomen then it is harder to tone your belly but is possible!.
You get stretch marks from gaining weight too fast so just eat healthy and don't over due it with portions!. You can also continue to exercise while pregnant just not on the abs!.
Exercise will also help tons with the delivery and post partum with getting back your body!.
So drink plenty of water and eat salads, protein, veg's and fruit ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get ober it, there's ,more importan things than perfect abs, you cn also go along way by applying home made vcreams and stuff and not gaining too much fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
