Question: Does a 1500 calorie diet mean!?
you can eat the foods you like just as long as you don't go over 1500 calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Exactly!. A calorie is a calorie, and don't let anyone tell you different!. However, it would not be healthy to eat a banana split every day! (Duh, right!?) You'd feel like crap too!
Lean meat, fish, fruits, veggies, hi-fiber cereals, rice, potatoes (no butter; margarine OK) And lots of water! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Boyd, I too am trying to eat 1200 calories a day and let me tell you it is hard!. They say you should write down everything that goes into your mouth and add the calories up every night to see if you are over 1200 or 1500!. How the hell can you do that!? Man , I am walking 30 min a day and they say that is nothing!. I have not lost any weigh past 3 months and guess I will join a swim team!.!?!? WHAT!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. You need to keep a healthy diet at the same time and meet your dietry needs!. My recommendation is to follow a professional diet plan!. You can follow one online for a few dollars a week http://www!.alfitness!.com!.au
