I am in the process of loosing weight but it has just stopped???!

Question: I am in the process of loosing weight but it has just stopped!?!?!?
I started dieting and working out big time to loose weight!. When I started I was 212 Now I am down to 189!. I eat a low calorie diet and do tons of cardio a day!. There isn't much more I can do!. I was hoping to loose about 10 pounds a month but in the last 2 weeks I have only lost a pound!. I guess I am in a plateau but how do I get out of it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have experienced the same thing lately!. I have lost 37lb since February, with a very consistent 2lb loss every week!. All of a sudden my weight wasn't shifting - one day down ?lb the next day up 1lb!. It is very frustrating!. Someone suggested to me that I should eat "normally" for a couple of days to kick start my metabolism and this worked somewhat (although I was pretty reluctant to eat too much and be in an even worse predicament), but in the last week or so, it has just started shifting again!. I think that our bodies become used to how much we are eating and after a while, a low calorie/fat diet is what it is expecting, so therefore, the weight doesn't continue to drop off because our bodies no longer think we are starving!Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is no such a thing as plateau!. You started eating less, moving more; you ate the amount if calories, needed to support 189 pounds of weight, so you were losing!. Now you ARE 189 pounds - nothing to lose!. In other words, you consume the same amount as you burn!. You need to cut more calories, and to add to the intensity and time of exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start doing your cardio with minimal weights!. It'll make the exercises more intense!. Also, start eating more meals a day!.

Good luck!. Don't let go!. Stay determined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to get out of an plateau do something different!. change your cardio and what you are eatingWww@Answer-Health@Com
