Diet plan for a lacto-ovo vegetarian?!


Question: Diet plan for a lacto-ovo vegetarian!?
Ok so im basically over my ideal weight!. I want to aim to lose 30 pounds!. Im a vegetarian lol i know and over weight veg but yeah!.

I was wondering if any one could help me in the right direction!.

What are some powerful natural weight burners things such as oats and stuff like that!?

What is a good diet what should i watch and stay away form!.

What about exercise whats a good workout for that!?

Idk the list can go on how can i tell what is the best for my body type vs my goal!?

Just need some information here!.

Perhaps you could reduce your intake of nuts (except almonds) as they are high calorie starchy carbohydrates!. Almonds are non-starchy carbohydrates and are not fattening unless you eat bucketloads!.

Perhaps you should go easy on the pasta as well!. Bread and cereals are probably less fattening than pasta as long as you have your bread with low calorie bread-spreads without butter or margarine and you have your cereals with skim milk!. Oats would be quite good or oats based muesli!.

Swimming is ideal for slimming as well as toning!. The more laps every day the better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
