Question: How much weight would i lose if i did this for a month!?!?
Breakfast: Kellogs all bran cereal : 1/2 cup =90 cals
skim milk : 1cup =90 cals
Egg hard boiled : 70 cals

Snack: Apple :60 cals

Lunch : Wheat rice : 200 calories
Spinach : 60 calories

Snack :0range 65 cals

Dinner: salmon :150 cals
Baby carrots : 35 cals
Peanuts 20 pieces : 190

Total :1020
Plus 20 mins of moderate walking 3 times a week and 6-8 glasses of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

Girl r u serious!? I mean dieting doesn't mean being this strict with yourself!. First 1020 is not enough calories + you exercise!. This is just going to slow down your metabolism and when you stop dieting you'll gain it all back!. What i sugest is to eat around 1500 calories a day so maybe you could add a little something that you like and its healthy!.

An average person that weights about 150 pounds ( u didn't say how much you weight) will lose about 10 to 20 pounds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok i can't say i am like a diet professional or anything, but i watch my calories like a hawk (as you seem to be doing) and i eat less calories than i "should be eating in a day" but i have lost a lot of weight so far!. i am still strong!. i have a lot of muscle!. i lift weights and use the elliptical and swim a lot too!. i mean i guess everyone's different but i think your diet is fine!. the whole point of dieting is to lose more calories than you gain!. the only thing i would change to your little diet plan is to do something more physically demanding then moderate walking!. maybe at least to a moderate/jog/kind of run!? only if you want faster results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure as you never told us your current bmi, height, weight, age, etc!.

Either way, though, it's unhealthy!. Even women who are the most inactive have to at least take in 1200-1500 calories per day!.

My guess is you'd shrink considerably but then would have to be admitted to the hospital for lack of nutrients!. And eating the same thing over and over eventually doesn't do ANYTHING for your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say that you would lose unhealthy amounts of weight and then as soon as u eat bad one time ur weight is just going to come back!.!.!. you need more calories in your diet you need more protein and complex carbs but you have to know when to eat them!.!.!. you need at least 1900 calories and that is pushing it for more info email me and i shall help uWww@Answer-Health@Com
