Question: I wanna lose weight for my health and eat healthy-!?
i got the motivation and im totally eating great food but i also want to be big like buff and i know that cutting cals cheats your muscles out of growth!. so is there good sources of calories!? and i makes ure i burn every calorie i eat is that good!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

do bulk up, you need to eat and lift weights!. and most importantly follow good diet!. your diet is the most important thing for getting bigger and be in shape!. you need to take protein shakes, and eat protein cereals with high fiber!. you need to take protein shakes before and after workout and meals!. eat chicken breasts with tomato sauce!. and boiled potatoes!. and lots of vegetables and fruits!. for snacks, you should eat good source of fats like almonds and peanuts!. and eat white eggs and take vitamins such as calcium,!. vitamin c, vitamin d etc!.!.!.!.!. and take 6 meals a day and lift hard with good form!.!. and don't work same muscle group, work other muscle groups every other day!. and you need rest in between these workout plan!. you can get good source of calories from chicken and fishes and potatoes and proteins drinks and vegetablesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat good, filling meals, but ones that are healthy, such as a steak, baked potato, and corn!. If you barely eat anything, then you'll get hungry more, and therefore eat more!.Burning every calorie you eat is NOT good!. Your body needs calories, just not a lot of them!. wait so are you trying to loose weight beacuase u r currently overweight!? or are you skinny and trying to gain muscle!? if your trying to gain muscle u gotta eat allot of the good stuff, a lot of protien, at LEAST 1g protien per pound of body weight, chicken breast, salmon, steak, eggs, almonds, veggies, cottage cheese, are exampes of good foods to be eating for muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Powerbar or some sort of "cool down bar" after working out!.!.!. it's helps musle groth!. other then that you can cheat your muscles the rest of the day!.!.!.
