Sports that can help me lose weight?!


Question: Sports that can help me lose weight!?
Hey there, so I'm not all that active right now, but, I do horseback riding, and I think my body has become used to that, so I want a new sport that I can do that will help me lose weight!. I would prefer if this could be a solo sport, since I'm not very confident with my body, and I since I am not very active, so I get tired easily!. So I want a sport I'm able to do solo!. So any ideas!? I was thinking possibly tennis, since I have done it before!. Thanks for your help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

anything that raises your activity level will help with losing weight and toning up!. Personally, I am a runner, and a swimmer!. Both are great solo sports, and also very relaxing!. Most people say they hate running but try it for a while and you'll learn to love it!. Just go for a run with your ipod!. heaven!.

I am not that good at team sports b/c I am really short (4'9", almost 16) so, some sports that I do are tennis, wake boarding, ski/snowboarding, hiking and rock climbing!. Tennis can be somewhat expensive!. Wake boarding, skiing, and snowboarding are expensive so if money is a problem!.!.!.!. Hiking can be cheap, depending what you do!. If you do day hikes, it's relatively inexpensive, but overnights and backpacking can be expensive!. And my personal favorite!.!.!.ROCK CLIMBING! There are many different types of rock climbing!. To name a few, there is lead climbing, top roping and bouldering!. Lead climbing is most expensive, than top roping, than boulderning!. For lead and top, you'll need a harness, carabeaners, rope, a chalk bag, shoes and other things!. Bouldering requires shoes, chalk (and bag) and a bouldering pad!. Dance and gymnastics are great sports to lose weight!. The are great mixes of cardio and weight, you can lose tons of weight and you will get muscles that look good on you!. Try just getting really hyper and drink lots of water then randomly dance around your room or house or wherever, challenge yourself!. x^_^xWww@Answer-Health@Com

okay the sport is swimming, swim by yourself at the lake or beach or something, and also insecurities usually manifest themselves into stress, which manifests itself into more fat, so positivity and activity (especially swimming) help you lose weight the most! and eat healthy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you consider dance a sport, you can try that!. I have been dancing my entire life and that has kept me in shape and I eat whatever I want!. You can do aerobic dancing at home!. There are a lot of video tapes you can buy on aerobic and cardio-dance!. You can join dance classes or even dance team if you'd like!. Goodluck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

jogging,running,swimming,play tennis,football,basketball,etc!.all these sports can help u lose weight to a large extend,but u must do it consistantly without failure!.besides eat less but in good nutrition food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pretty much any sport, but I'd recommend soccer b/c even if you don't have a bunch of skills, you're still bound to do a lot of running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tennis is fun, alot of running!. i think this will def help keep u in shape!. swimming is actually the best sport because it works out every muscle in your body!. maybe try that!? doing laps and such!.!. its not that bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

competitive cheerleading!!!!! i absolutely love it! its soo amazing and its practically my oxygen!. youll be in shape like the first month or like less when you start to do it! you should try itWww@Answer-Health@Com

tennis is a good idea, or yoga or pilates, you can do that at home and you get a good workout without too much activityWww@Answer-Health@Com

Weight lifting, Soccer!.

Good one is definitely racquetball, that'll shed fat!.

Swimming is good for all your muscles!
Baseball is good for standing o_0
Football will build lots of muscles!
Tennis is great, and inproves your response time!
Crosscontry and track are really good for your legs and will help build endurance!
Weastling is good for your arms!.
Weight Lifting builds your abs and arms, somewhat legs I guess!.


My best picks would be Soccer and Swimming, and track if you wanna be super good!
