Where's the motivation in a healthy lifestyle?!


Question: Where's the motivation in a healthy lifestyle!?
Okay, I know it's important!. I've heard the rumors, myths, facts, everything!. But the inspiration to really want it hits at all the wrong times and when I finally do get up to dance or jump rope, even if it's for as little as 20 minutes, I can't go for half that time!. What should I do!? Are there any inspiring words you can give!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can definitely relate!.

Maybe you should try something like buying a number of different types of workout DVDs (you can get a bunch of different types like belly dancing and hip hop cardio and such for cheap at Ross), one for each day you want to work out and then have a certain DVD for a certain day!.

You could also put pictures of your role models or muscular people on your walls, along with workout ideas from magazines, if you think that would help!.

My favorite way is having a dance party! For every hour you dance, apparently, you burn 306 calories!. And you can do it with your friends, so it makes it a lot better!. And it's dancing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to find your own motivation!. Why do you want to be healthy!? Live longer, feel better physically or mentally!. I had a job where being in shape meant more business and therefore more money!. But it's also nice to be at the pool or the beach and notice that that person across the pool you think is hot is staring back just as hard!. Try taking some pictures of yourself now and then give a whole hearted try to working out for one month!. Then get the pictures and stand in front of a mirror and see what kind of progress you've made!. Getting an MP3 player helps a lot too!. The music will make it so your not just concentrating on the working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
