What is the healthy amount of calories you want to take in a day to lose weight?!


Question: What is the healthy amount of calories you want to take in a day to lose weight!?
I'm trying to lose weight and I thought the ideal amount of calories you want to eat a day is 1500, but I'm not sure!.!.!.is that true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

here is a simple math formula!. To lose weight you need to put out more energy than you are taking in!. To maintain weight you need to take in the same amount you are putting out!. If you eat up 2000 calories a day and only work off 1000, you will gain weight!. If you run alot, you will need to eat more to stay healthy!. I was a marathon runner, and during a race we would take carb gel packets in order to have enough energy to finish!. Without those, you can almost feel yourself losing weight as you run!. If you run shorter distances and still eat small meals, you should begin to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well on average you are suppose to take in atleast 1,300 calories a day!. But if you are an adult it comes in around 1,900 calories a day!.

So depending on how extreme you want to go, i think you can decide for yourself!.
