Will jogging/running for 30 minutes help me lose weight faster?!

Question: Will jogging/running for 30 minutes help me lose weight faster!?
I've been eating healthy and running everyday for 30 minutes, but I would like to know if this would help me lose weight faster, or if I should just stick to running 30 minutes 3-4 times a week!? Is there any downsides to running everyday!? Will my legs become too bulky (because that's the last thing I want!)
I'm 5'3 and 140 pounds, and I would really like to lose 20 pounds!. I'm also 19 years old!. How long will it be before I start seeing results from running everyday and eating healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's hard to say how fast you'll see results!. It really depends on your metabolism, body type, etc!. After a month you should be able to look back and see some progress!.

Don't worry about your legs getting too bulky!. Running will tone them up so they'll be firmer but not neccesarily bigger!.

You should run every other day!. Your body needs a day off to rest and rebuild!. Running daily will take a definite toll on your body!. Not only will you be tied and not able to run as hard or as far, but it will wear down your joints faster!. Some people can run every day but they've usually been running for years and have built up their endurance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, as long as you are eating right, and healthy it should help you lose some weight!.

Stretch your running minutes!. Run at least almost everyday of the week just to keep on task!.

I know when I ran track this spring I lost weight, and build a lot of leg muscle, but good leg muscle, not extremely "bulky"Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it will!. Jogging is the best way to lose weight!. Along with watching your eating!. Hope you do well!.i'm your height and age!. Running/jogging about 3-4 times a week should give you results in a couple of weeks!. i'm trying the same thing as youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yea it will make you lose weight, it will probably put muscles on your leg!. The only downside I see to this problem is that you will be slower in sprints and that doesnt really matter muchWww@Answer-Health@Com
