Answers:
NO it is not ok to work the same muscles everyday!.
Stop now before you permanently injure yourself!.

You need to let your muscles rebuild!.

Are you eating a balanced diet!? You gotta make sure you have enough carbs and fat in your body for energy as well as the protein! Hang in there, if you keep working out, it can only get biggerWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are leaving a lot of information out, but generally you should allow one to two days rest between workouts for a muscle group!. (1) If you are trying to build mass, then you need to be doing the right kind of lifting!. Pick up a copy of a good workout book (Gold's Gym, etc!.) or start buying Flex or Muscle and Fitness!. You usually want to due increasing weights with stable to decreasing reps at 50% up to 100% max ability!. (2) A lot of people put way too much focus on flat bench and curls!. Mix it up!. Incline, decline, flat, flys, cable crossovers, seated row, pullups (wide, narrow), bar dips, deltoid raises (front, side, back), etc!., etc!. Hit the muscles hard from a variety of angles, and rest inbetween muscle groups and you will likely build at least some mass so long as you have the physical ability (age above about 14, males can build mass easier than females, etc!.) Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
