What can I do ..?!


Question: What can I do !.!.!?
I don't want to lose weight, I'd prefer to either gain weight via increasing my muscle!.!.!.or stay the same weight!.

The problem is, whenever I eat really healthy for a day or two, I always have the urge to eat random, healthy things!. Like I'll just eat half a bag of carrots, some lean ham or something!.!.!.they don't really fill me up- I just feel as if I need to be eating constantly!.

I'm not fat, atleast so I've been told!.!.!. 6' and 154!.!. I ride my bike 5 miles+ every day almost (if not 4 days a week atleast) and I want to get into jogging, but whenever I try to jog for a while I get winded after about a quarter of a mile!. What's going on!? ):

And I had lost 53 lbs from last summer to now, and kept it off!.!.!.but I still have a bit of extra skin on my stomach;
are there any ways to help tighten that up/tone!? (:

sit ups but if it's extra skin I am not really show but try pilates and well jogging works wonders on your stomach so try to stick with it if you can by the way way to go with the weight loss and you are in really good shape and well actually on the skinny side wow this makes me feel worse about my weight but oh wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes you'll just be an eating machine!. go with it, eat!. Work the bulk into muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
