i went to the doctor yesterday and he said i need to gain 15 to 20 pounds cause i am to slim and how do i gain weight healthy!? cause it's hard for me to gain weight cause i'm tall and i just eat when i'm hungry whenever that is so i need somthing to help me gain weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

eating healthily when you are hungry is a good habbit to keep!!!

Exercising will make you hungry and build muscle!. You may try adding a protien shake to your diet; these are quite nasty, though!

Get yourself in a healthy state of mind and try to lessen anxiety as much as possible! These are the things that have made me shrink!.!.!.!.if you are happy, you will eat!

If it is just your genetic makeup, I wouldn't worry about it too much, you will be as your parents made you!. i'd say increase your portion sizes!.!. maybe drink protein shakes instead of water/other drinks with meals!. work out more, then you can gain wait in muscle!. don't eat when you're not hungry, but it is very important that you get a good 3 meals a day!.!.!. especially breakfast!. actually, eat breakfast even if you're not hungry!. it's good for you! and cereal is delicious lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

eat your regular break lunch dinner and also eat between meals!. add VARIETY to your meals!. the variety will make the digestion process slower and i think it will just store it as fat!. you also need to eat some high protein like eggs, chicken, and some meat but you dont want to eat a lot of meat!. and thats it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know any doctor who would say for someone to gain weight, but if your metabolism is fast!. Your fine!. If your not feeling well and don't feel hungry, then I would understand!. Only eat when you feel hungry!. If you have an eating disorder, then I wouldn't find this information helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating more, when your hungry eat things that are a little less unhealthy!. You don't have to be all cake and cookies and stuff!. Just when you want lunch have something kind of unhealthy!. Its healthy and not very hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
