Ok, i dont want to be her, i just want to be thin, im chubby and am 5' 6'' and 160 pounds!!! and im not kidding ok!?!?

so please does anyone know how she says so thin!?!? Does she eat salads everyday of her life or something!?!? WHAT!?!? lol

any excersizing things i can try out!?!? thats my main problem is the getting off my butt out of the chair im sitting in and doing something!.!.!.

well first off she does shows and photoshoots and stuff all the time which means shes always running around burning calories!. you dont have to eat a salad every day but just like make a plan of like running everyday and if you do it for long enough it will become a habit and kinda like second nature to you!. but just try your best and good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, she is a celeb!. That means she has profesional people who do nothing but tell her what foods to eat, show her how to work out, do her hair, her makeup, pick clothes to look good on her body, and airbrush her photos if she gets a zit or gets bloated!. Plus she is very young and sometimes teens are just naturally thin and can eat whatever they want without gaining weight, that usually catches up to them when they get in thier late twenties!.

If you are unhappy with your weight, try exercising and eating healthy!. Your weight sounds pretty normal to me, remember not everybody should weigh under 150 pounds, depending on breast size, musscles, and just how big a frame you have!. Some people truly are big boned!

I dont know how old you are but if you are under 17, your body may be getting ready to grow more and you could lose that weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Miley Cyrus is a performer so she's always up and moving around!.
Even if she eats cheeseburgers the weight doesn't show because she has a very active life style!.
Now i'm not telling you to eat cheese burgers especially since you want to lose weight but staying very active does have it's advantages!.
I'm sure you have her Cd so get up and dance to it everyday!!
Drink water instead of soda and yes eat salad!

Reality check: becoming skinny like Miley won't give you her pop-idol lifestyle!.

Losing a little weight might boost your confidence but you don't want to become skinny!. Miley is like that naturally and in order to achieve that you'd have to starve yourself and overexercise!. I'm not saying you should remain at the weight you currently are but with a little exercise and 3 square healthy meals a day with 2 snacks you could become a little lighter!. Just don't aim to be Miley!. Notice how she has no boobs!? That's because she is too skinny to have them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
